Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Delicious and authentic. The retried beans are impressive. Generous portions. Great variety of hot sauces

Fantastic fajitas. Food was authentic homemade-like Mexican. Salsas were amazing. Two of us left stuffed after dinner for 25 bucks. !

I have been to several of the Pueblo Viejo restaurants that are all along the Treasure Coast. They have all been pretty good, so I was really disappointed by my experience at this one. Service was terrible! I hate saying that - maybe our waitress was having a bad day. But she just seemed miserable to be there. I had carne asada tacos which were very good, but my whole experience was marred by the service, as well as the worst margarita I have ever had. It was one of those huge ones, so it was quite expensive - in fact I think it was as much as my dinner was. However, there was absolutely no alcohol in it, as far as I could tell. And the sour mix was awful. I didn't finish my drink. I would give this place another chance, but would not order the margarita again, ever.

A great Mexican restaurant. Went with our daughter and family of five. The dinners were superb and they couldn't have been more accommodating with all the special requests. The Friday night special was a Mixed Seafood Paella which was outstanding. Service was excellent.

Went in for lunch and the place only had a family there with a loud crying baby. The waitress sat us right next to the table with the crying baby. I asked to sit at a table further away, since the rest of the place was empty. She did, but seemed seriously annoyed by the request. The menu had good priced lunch specials, I ordered one, but she told me I couldn't order from the lunch menu because it was only for weekdays. I asked for a few more minutes , and by this point the waitress was just straight pissed. I ordered a margarita and a burrito. The margarita was the worst margarita I've ever had. It was too sour, and there didn't seem to be any alcohol in it. The food was bland, and smelled of stale grease. I was thirsty, my husbands thought his food was greasy and bland. He never got a drink refill, the waitress was nowhere to be found. After we finished with lunch, we waited a good 15 minutes before the waitress reappeared. She gave us the check, didn't smile or ask about the food. I appreciate the fact that she didn't try to smile and joke to make up for all of her dull, condescending stares, and eye rolls, in order to score a big tip. I will never go back.

we had a nice dinner there. the chips and hot sauce were excellent, especially the hot sauce ... lots of wonderful things in there, not too hot, not too tame. I had a taco and a chalupa. The taco and the ride and lettuce and tomato were all fresh and good. The chalupa was not the best and mediocre maybe,

The food is blah. And Christen, the reason your margarita sucked is because they DON"T HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE!!!! Their "margaritas" are wine based! I couldn't believe it. Garbage.
